Up the service!!!

Thank you to the doctors and nursing staff of this hospital. They really take good care of their patients. However, some of the staff during shift are dropping the ball.

1. Friday, my husband was oxgyen bound and wanted to go to the toilet. no one wanted to help him to get to the toilet. He waited from lunchtime till the next shift for someone to give him a bad pan. I called and called with no luck. No answer, i had to drive from Khayelitsha to Rylands just to ask for him to be helped. 2. Yesterday, he was discharged and i went to fetch him. I had to wait for 3 hours for the nurses to take out the drip line and necessary document. Meanwhile i was sitting outside on a cement wall.
