Unprofessional and lack of medical understanding of nursing staff

On Monday 25-06-2018 approximately 18h45, I rushed my mother to the Tokai Melomed as she was none responsive and unable to stand. Reason for poor rating: 1.We get there, no one offers a wheelchair. 2. I basically carry my mother and the nurses make her walk to one room to "evaluate whether she really is really in need of a doctor". 3. When we advised the nurse of my mothers existing conditions, they asked us how to spell her conditions because they never heard of it . 4. They make me again carry her to the beds in the next room, still not offering the wheelchair or to help. 5. Mother gets admitted to ICU, they lay her down on her back while she is vomiting. If my father was not with her, she would have died choking on her own vomit. The nurses did not assist my father in turning my mother on her side to vomit despite him shouting for help.

I feel highly disgusted and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and medical knowledge expressed by the nurses on duty. The entire experience felt like an unorganized day hospital.

The price we are paying for her medical bills, I expect much more.
