Uncompassionate, stone hearted medical staff

I took my 12 year old son yesterday 28/01/2024 at about 15h50 after he accidentally hurt his finger while he was trying to close the car door. We had to wait for more than 2 hours to see a Doctor, when we finally got to see one again we had to wait for 2 more hours for X- Rays to be done and to get the results back. This entire 8 hours sitting there and my son was in pain and no pain medication was administered to him, he was suffering in the presence of Doctors who in my opinion showed no interest none whatsoever. One of the Doctors said that they were going to drain the under nail blood to help relieve the pain but that did not happen. My son was sent home whilst still in pain with a swollen smashed finger (active bleeding) and a follow up appointment letter (after long 4hours of pain & suffering). In other words we were sitting 4 hours in a private hospital for nothing.
