the policy at mitchells and gatesville differs

my son was ****** and stabbed in the neck and when we arrived with my medical aid card and R500 on me we were told that we had no funds and that we were supposed to pay R2500.00. i explained that it was an emergency and that he was loosing blood and that i will get the money just see to him and was told to first pay up. his clothes were soaked in blood and they gave him a gown which they took back when they heard that i do not have the money and he had to stand outside half naked. we went to a state hospital and they did stitch the wound and discharged him. on our arrival at home he collapsed and we took him to gatesville with the R2500.00 on our arrival we were informed not to pay and he was admitted and i was confused and very angry because i told the them at mitchells plain that there were still hospital benefits and they told me that i needed day to day to be helped and they didn't even let the doctor attend to him. i lodge an complain and they told me that they will contact me via email and im still waiting.
