Terrible hospital experience at Melomed Bellville

I was admitted with my son on Saturday 12 Jan 19, what a terrible experience.

You pay so much money yet the nursing staff and certain Dr's does not live up to a certain standard.

My sons pediatrician is excellent but hoping we neved get admitted here again.

Hygiene wise as well, sanitizers everywhere yet it is not used by staff.

I complained to the customer service consultant but doubt that anything will be done.
