SMOKING ROOM NOT SEALED

My mom is in the life s****s clinic and when i visited her as I came into the life s****s clinic the smoke smell was so overwhelming.My mom suffers from Asthma and smoking is very bad for her. Yes the smokers have a designated room but the is a huge Gap in the bottom of the door, a smoking area should have proper ventilation and it is a fine and against the law to be in such a condition especially for a medical institution. the smokers turn off the fan inside which also is against the law. I am very unhappy and why is melomed not fighting with Bonitas all the years the patients were allowed to use the life s****s clinic all of a sudden 2*** melomed is removed but you are a DSP for medical admission but not psychiatry, this makes no sense pensioners with co-payments and not allowed to stay for the 21 days -My mom stays in mplain why must she go to Vincent Palloti and start all over with a new doctor
