Service was very poor from the receptionists

On the 2nd of September 2023 I was asked to return on this date by Dr Abraham & Ismail to remove my last stitch and I did, I dropped my return letter by the receptionists and they said I must I waited for at least an hour and no one called me and my friend early on went to the receptionists and asked if when maybe will I be assisted and they said I must, I waited and waited and nothing happened till I broke it and told them no man this canned be it and it's not like it's full I was all alone on the waiting area and no one.

Each and everyone that came after me had left and they have been helped. Worse of all on my wound that I have I have grown blisters and I did not have them before or after the cut and looks like I am not getting an help I am even afraid to return back for my health now as they said I must return, remember I paid here for this service and yet I am not assisted.

I have pictures of the wound before the blisters and after I got the blisters with one stitch on it and also have a video of me being unattended and also pictures.
