Service delivery

I was in the hospital with my 3months old child on the 3rd of December and we were admitted in the hospital because my baby had some health issues. I was forced to sleep at the hospital in a sleeping couch as a parent. I noticed on the 3rd day that I had some back pains while I was sleeping on the sleeping couch but I thought the pains were going to go away. On the 4th day the pains became so severe in such a way that it was so difficult for me to move or rather say getting out of the bed. I couldn't even taken care of my baby and I told the staff at the hospital and I even ask them to bring the manager. When the manager came, she just told me that I must keep on sleeping on the sleeping couch even though I complained to her about the pains that were caused by the sleeping couch. I was very disappointed because I thought thar she was going to give me a better offer since I complained to her about the sleeping couch but she said that there was nothing that she could do. I even asked her to call someone else to resolve the issue but no one bothered to come and hear my complaint. I even told the staff that I wanted to go home immediately but they said that I must wait for my babies doctor to come. I slept on that day with so much pains. I only got the pain killers but they didn't help me. The 5th day they gave me medicine to rub on my back but it didn't help me. My daughter was discharged and we had to go home and rush to Eastern Cape since I booked the tickets long time ago. I went to Eastern Cape and used the pain killers and the rubbing medicine but all those things didn't help me. I came back from Eastern Cape and I still feel the back pains ever since I went to Melomed Private Hospital in Mitchell's Plain. I am not happy with their service and I still feel since ever since I slept on their sleeping couches. It's almost a month now and I'm still feeling the back pains. I need help.
