Rude Accounts Department

The accounts department and general organisation is terrible. Extremely rude tone from central accounts lady.

I just received lawyers letters for an unpaid account. I phoned the branch (Tokai) to find out if I have an account (or if this is a spam). I got put through to central admin where they couldn't help me because she was not online, And VERY impatiently told me she will call me when she is online. The rudest tone I have heard in LOONG time. I actually cant believe she is allowed to talk to customers. And I presume I will not get called back. How hard are they making it fo rme to pay a simple bill.
