Procedures
Took my son to melomed m.plain. He fell at school. There was only a few patients but the service was very slow. Then they sent my son for xrays it came back. Showing he didn't have any broken bones but his knee is swollen the doctor said it cud be internal bleeding or something. They then just gave a prescription and sent my son home saying I must call next day for an appointment for Wednesday. But because I'm on a keycare plan and they don't have an orthopaedic surgeon on duty. I must now be inconvenienced and go to my network gp and then get them to call my medical aid and then get an auth number. Then only can my son be seen. At Louis leipoldt when my son is injured they would have kept him over night and then get someone in the next day. I just started a new job last week. So I can't even take sick. How unprofessional is that. Now I need to get someone to take my son. All because this ppl. We're useless
