Poor staff service

Hi. My fiancée is currently admitted in Melo med Richards bay hospital. She has been telling the nurses that her right arm is painful due to the drip on her arm and the nurses have been ignoring her saying it is fine. Her hand and arm are now swollen and she is in a lot of pain still no one is attending her. The staff does not listen to the patients.
