Poor Staff makes Hospital Bad

Was impressed with Gatesville Melomed, but my first experience at Tokai. Very, very bad. People actually warned me. But I experienced the poor service first hand. Was it not for the best Neoprologist at 402 Dr Naidoo I would not come to Tokai Melomed. The staff forget you and the staff has no sense of urgency. Porters and Meal hosts are the worst I've came across.
