Poor service.

I am unpleased with the service I'm currently getting at the moment. I was booked in on the 21/01/20 by my gynae to be inducted. Booked myself in at 20:00 and process was running smoothly from night through morning. However after nightshift staff left no one attended to me till 08:55 after my Dr was busy checking if I'm dilating already. I was moved by the Sr from my maternity ward to labour ward and my bed was given to someone else without my consent because they are fully booked for people who were admitted on the 22/01/20. So who's problem is that cause I'm also paying for my stay and visit in this damn hospital. I don't understand the fact of moving me from my bed,how come they take 6 csection appointment if they know they wont have enough space/bed for those patients? melomed day staff is sooo *********** i don't suggest anyone to give birth in this hospital
