Poor Healthcare service

Melomed Mitchell Plains Private Hospital has the worst service in private Healthcare industry. Today I took my son to ER after 9am, at 11:15am he had an ultrasound done. We had to wait for more than 2 hours to get the results, even the ER doctor called their radiology department to find out what's taking so long, she wasn't given a proper response. We had to wait from 11:30am till 14:20pm to get basic scan results, I wonder how long it would take to get CT scan or MRI scan results if they take so long on basic scans. To be honest I wasn't surprised to get such poor service even though its my first time using Melomed network because the level of service to me is the same as public hospital. Imagine if my son was very sick and the doctor had to wait for the results to make a conclusive diagnosis for treatment, he could have died while waiting on ultrasound results .
