Patient Services are pathetic

Good Day.

I recently visited Gatesville Melomed as a patient. The Dr was informed at casualty that I was not well since my last visit and requested an admission. I arrived at Gatesville Melomed at 09:00 and waiting for a bed. It is now 15:08 and no doctor has attended to me or seeing me as yet. This is not the service I expect to receive in a private hospital, as I could be comfortable sleeping at home, being sick and not having a clue whats happening or what to do is extremely frustrating. For a private hospital , this is ridiculous. Please contact me on ********** regarding this.
