PATHETIC SERVICE

On the 31/12/2015 my daughter had a seizure and was rushed to the medical centre, upon our arrival I was asked to cough up R1375 in order for your staff to attend to her. You can imagine the anxiety we experienced seeing our daughter like this and only for your staff to be interested in the payment. What sadness me is that I have a medical aid with discovery coastal core where to co payments are required and when I insisted that they have her admitted I was told that they will only do this upon receiving payment. My question to you would you have turned me away if I did not have the funds to have her admitted which was not necessary to begin with! With all of those emotions and concern for your daughters' life you insisted on a payment that was completely irrelevant... Now, my battle is getting my funds back from my medical aid and guess what that very same evening they decided to admit her!!! Why the hell did I have to pay if I have unlimited hospital cover!!! You guys are running a circus train up those ******s working for you!!!! so that no one has to die before admitting them !!!! I want a call from someone to attend to this stupidity of your staff!!!!!
