Pathetic Service

Hi on Thursday 22 March 2018 10:30am my wife was admitted to hospital for a procedure. We arrived at 9am and she got admitted we were told the doctor only starts in theatre at 12:30pm so we waited and waited and waited hours went by without any communication as to whats happening at 13:30 we had to ask what time is this procedure happening we were told the doctor will be there at 14:30. 14:30 came and went by still no communication as to when the doctor will be arriving and the name of the doctor i forgot to mention Dr W. Ddamulira he is a general surgeon at Melomed. At 4pm we were ready to leave and the nurses convinced my wife to stay. I mean you come to hospital to get better not to get stressed out and to top it all off she had something to eat the night before at 20:30 the night before. They only took her to theatre at 17:00 that day when she came out of theatre they gave a sandwhich and a cup of reheated tea what pathetic service and we pay so much money and the hospital is noisy nurses standing around chatting. At 22:00 my wife called to say she's being discharged and she was discharged without any pain ****ers. She was in so much pain the next day she could not walk. Your service really went down and I know you wont even respond to this review because you dont care about patients its all about making money. I think we would have gotten better service at a public hospital.
