PATHETIC

I attended trauma on the 18th of January 2019 and as I normally do when attending trauma I give my details to the receptionist at trauma and she would type in my details and give me an acknowledgement to sign this always works well or atleast worked well until now I received this sms (months later) The outstanding balance on your MELOMED GATESVILLE account nr ********** 4 is R1,168.67. Please settle on/before 21/05/2019. Fazlia ********** 950 3 months later stating that no authorisation was obtained??? I call and get told that I was supposed to obtain authorization when normally Melomed does it???? Why on this ocassion??? My son was at trauma on the 20th December 2018 and I followed the exact saw process I always follow this process no one told me to obtain authorization else I would have and then I only receive correspondence months later this is really pathetic!!!! I've been to trauma so many times and on this one occasion the receptionist fails to do her duties and I have to take responsibility pathetic I tell you!!!!! I've always bragged when my colleagues complained about Melomed I never had to go through that but clearly it was only a matter of time
