Pathetic

Tokai Melomed financial services and emergency unit are pathetic. I was sent by my doctor for a blood transfusion to this hospital and the receptionist at emergency 1st sent me to pathcare without reading letter from doctor and only to find out that this hospital is not covered under my medical aid after I was told to pay admin fee of R325. Eventually I was told by a very nice doctor I must go to gatesville melomed and they will refund my money, well its almost 4 weeks later and after calling every day Zain Roberts said money will b paid in and a week later im still waiting.
