Nursing staff attitude

Admissions are done,then u sent to pre admissions, where you sit and wait long hours for a bed hungry and sick, I see all notes written in files, patient slept well, no complaints, breakfast well taken in , guess what nobody ask the patient, doctors come read file and it seems u had a great night, no pain exp as its not written down, the staff nurse was on teas 1h15 I hand wrote a letter to left it on the tray wherr her read it, staff nurse retuned read my note , cane to me said the dustere allocated to ward will come see me, I had severe pain , I saw the staff nurse hand the nurse my discomfort she read it, and walked, I'm here 5 DAYS NURSING STAFF is scattered across 2 wards unable to give medication on time, one night I got meds 12 the night, patients ring bells , only the care givers com .
