NO ACCOUNTABILITY

Melomed Mitchells Plain- I am still waiting on response from my query that i lodged with the hospital on 13 Feb 2023. I was billed by the hospital where i was admitted from 19th Jan -27 JAn for a procedure that was not done. (Gastric scope) which was taken from my MSA by me Medical aid scheme . The hospital states that they send an amended bill to Discovery yet my savings is still showing 0.00. Im stuck with my 4 year old who is ill but I can access my funds because the hospital billed me incorrectly. I was send an email with a bill which from my conversation with Discovery was never send to them. This is the 1st time I used this hospital and i regret it. They billed me for a Orthopaedic surgeon which i never saw as i went for Thyroid problems. Worst experience ever.
