Negligent and unprofessional staff

I had an awful experience. I miscarried at work and brought forward the specimen for it to be sent to the lab for tests. I was admitted and told to transfer the tissue into the jar. The hospital staff that attended to me transfered me to the maternity ward (someone who just miscarried!!! WHY???)

In the morning I found out that the tissue was misplaced and was nowhere to be found.

I wrote an email and nobody attended to the matter. I called the hospital more than twice and the matron drops the call.

Then Saturday Mrs Hendricks answered the phone and promised to call me Monday (9 Dec 24) morning and never did. She called me today to tell me that they can't get hold of the doctor who attended to me and she no longer works for the company and they are still investigating. This happened on the 14th of November 2024 and by the 10th of December this so called doctor no longer works for Melomed Tokai???
