Melomed Tokai horrible

My dad is laying here at melomed Tokai and I was put out of the room during visiting hrs because we were 3 people at his bed and only two are allowed. My mom and my husband and me. Not by the nurses but the security guard! Now this is my problem. We drove all the way from the northern suburbs only to be told by the security only two people are allowed. After telling him we drove from far and due to work reasons this is the first time we could come he wasn't interested and no compassion at all. I mean like flip! My dad is over 80yrs old. I'm not impressed with this place at all. Few months ago he was in high care and we could see him. All of us and now? I think they should think about the situation and learn empathy and compassion! Drove out petrol to sit downstairs how pathetic is this! Only got to see him for a few minutes. So if u want to visit come alone or take a Uber don't waste ur time bringing family members to visit a patient they don't care! Come two at a time on a daily basis. Or u get out out!!
