Melomed richards bay has always been on the list now the nearest hospitals 3 house away for people with children

Good day, I want to know where I can lay an official complaint worldwide were other memebers In the same position as me can join into the Confirsation. I'm A mother with A dread disease pushed me premium up with another R 1400 to ensure my daughter can keep on getting treatment at the same hospital het cardiologist is just to get taken down so badly by my dread diseases I cannot get admitted because now this hospital is not on the network hospital any ny more and the nearest ons to assist us is 4 hours away!!! They will only assist us here if we put R12000 down!!! But this has been the same hospital we have always been treatment in.... I cannot walk. I'm confused and have been man down for 2 days straight........ Someone at least needs to be able to assist! This is unexepdable.... I don't want to die infornt of my children due to poor care!!
