MELOMED RICHARDS BAY

I wish to report that MELOMED RICHARDS BAY has tried to **** me by requesting an authorization from my medical aid while i was not admitted into hospital. when i then called the hospital and spoke to a very rude lady Nozipho who then informed me that she does not have time to call my medical aid and cancel the authorization she was utterly rude and did not even give an explanation as to how the incident occurred she then slammed the phone on me without an apology. this is very disgusting service delivery I'm so disappointed.
