Melomed Mitchell's plain has poor service

I took my son to Melomed in Mitchell's plain and we have not been help and there's only one doctor on duty and the hospital is full and we have waited for 2 hours no help nothing and yet they charge people so much for no service it's like you in a public hospital it's frustrating what is happening here
