Melomed hospital sloppy service

I've had such an ordeal with this hospital I was at melomed Gatesville and some of the staff there are just rediculously negligent on their work firstly they didn't communicate with me about a doctor not being in my network. So I've now had to go through a whole process to pay an account for a doctor that didn't communicate to me about and pre Auth was done before my op not to mention it was an emergency so the hospital lacked in doing there part aswell to call secondly when dealing with my doctors receptionist fadwah with getting account details and information on what needs to happen she wasn't helpful at all and she sent me an account costed to another patient that wasn't mine when I reverted back I had no response from her in the meanwhile I'm trying to get this sorted I'm getting letters and sms that I'm going to be handed over now I am busy with the accounts department of melomed and their service is so ppor they are so unpleasant and unprofessional its rediculous that I've struggled now for a week and everytime they would tell me we will have the lady call you the lady that's suppose to help is never there or always on a tea break she's more on a break than she's doing her work I've really had it up to here with this hospital and their lack of service I feel and have a pretty good mind to take it a step further with them because they are so rediculous I'm trying to get this sorted and settle this bill and I can't even get a correct detailed account statement from them because they are never available meanwhile them not getting back to me in getting an sms to make payment
