Melomed Hospital Mitchell's plain

I don't even know where to begin i admitted my partner last night and only for me to be told today that the hospital can only allow one person per day for only 15min between 11am till 17pm when they explained they say its due to covid i mean we are on alert level 1 one person 15min for those hours it is ridiculous im so disappointed for a reputable hospital like this one...as if thats not enough ,their trauma unit is horrible they took almost 45min just for admission someone could literally die, the young man was busy on the phone with a paramedic official doing something on their phone n he was like "il be with you now" and we pay medical aid for such nonsense
