MELOMED GATESVILLE 'THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO' PRIVATE HOSPITAL

I visited my daughter at Melomed Gatesville this evening like I've been doing for the last few days and night. Only this evening was completely different, traumatizing is was it was. I got stuck in the lift. It took 8 minutes for someone to open the doors. I was so scared as I was all alone, I became very hot and started hyperventilating but tried to remain calm all the while I'm pressing the bell and screaming for someone to open. The lady on the other side just kept saying we are trying to find some one to open the door. After the door opened one can just imagine my rage and insisted on speaking to management but only got to the Head matron who said there's nothing they can do. Really ***. There was nobody higher to complain to. I wasn't even asked if I was ok even though I was carrying half of my clothes in my hands due to me having to half undress in the freeking lift. This is not the first complaint with me and this hospital. Last year when I was admitted I had to wait 5 hours for a bed, this year again I waited 3 hours and with lung pain. Once again there was nothing they could do when I complained. I have had it with this hospital and 'there's nothing they can do' service.
