Melomed Claremont Staff are *****ing from their patients

Last year November I was admitted at Melomed Clinic for 5 days, during my discharge I realized that I lost my hair. I was admitted wearing a 22 inch Brazilian Hair as it was recorded on the yellow sheet with my other belongings. When I noticed that my hair was missing I went to inform the matron in charge Sister Pat and she first told me that there is nothing they can do I then demanded that they actually do something because I lost a valuable item while I was in their premises. She promised to do some investigation based on the statement I gave her. She conducted her investigation for a week they after all that so called investigation I received an email from Melomed head office from a guy called Muneeb telling me that according to their investigation there is nothing they can do because it doesn't give the tangible evidence that my hair was ****** in their premises. I will never go back there again ever ever... I want Melomed to pay for my hair or conduct a thorough investigation and get who stole my hair just so I can get closure on this matter.
