Melomed and there Doctors........

I would like to make mention of the horrible service My family has been receiving during this tough time. We have been trying to get answers for weeks as to what is Happening with MY MOM. My Mom has been a Patient at Melomed Tokai for almost 7 weeks and during this time we have never met any doctor whenever we call the only answer we get is our mom is getting better but when we see our mom it looks worst each time. The crazy part is that Dr Ntuli who is the lead DR has been mentioned not just once on this platform but by Many patients families we see on a regular when we visit our mom. Its so disappointing because we have arranged a Meeting with him through the HOD but still no Luck he gave a time last week but did not pitch. He is leaving our family in the dark and its a real unpleasant journey. To top it off we have been in the same lift as this DR and even then after my sister saying in the lift that i just wish DR Ntuli can give us some feedback ill feel better he does not evens acknowledge or ask who is your MOM or the patent. NOTHING OF THAT SORT NO EMPATHY OR INTEGRITY AND HERE MELOMED SAY THEY HAVE VALUES.

At this moment i have lost all faith in the doctors and process because it is just a big misalignment and always willn have to just put my faith in our GOD.

The medical aid gets paid and the bill just runs up each day with no feedback another complaint is that my mom cannot eat and is getting weaker but everyday there is a plate of food that is billed. How foolish can it be to give a patient steak if the patent cannot evens drink water freely like im at a point where this needs to be sorted or i will be escalating this to whoever needs to know of the service that is being provided.

I Pray that no family goes through this kind of service at such a tough time.
