Melomed Account Department has no sense of urgency

I have never experienced such poor service from a Hospital's billing and account department. I do appreciate the employee who tried their best to assist me but their turnaround times are just a blurr.

I have been waiting for a refund from the hospital for a whole month now but was advised my medical aid had not paid them yet. I called almost everyday with no positive response.

I have confirmed that this payment has been finalized by my medical aid. All I ask for is that the money be refunded urgently.
