Incopetant and Malpractice

This has been the worst experience I've ever had, these people should be sued for malpractice and brought up on ******** charges for contavening the POPI act, the actually sent me home with the wrong meds which clearly displayed all the other patients personal informationand this was confirmed by the Doctor and a sister Moira, I honestly fear to think what would have happened if I did not pick this up after I got home, the main goal for these people is to get you out of there hospital as soon as your procedure is done even though the hospitals policy states you should be kept for at least 2 hours for observation, I can only imagine how the other patient must have felt since I was given his meds, they actually sent him home without it and he left before me, now I'm sitting with all his personal information and his meds, this is against the law as confirmed by Sister Moira and all they do is say"we sorry and will look into it" I urge everyone to steer clear from this place as your life could depend on it, just imagine what could have happened if I did not pick this up, so if you don't want this happening to you or your loved ones stay clear of these people, patient care is clearly not a priority to them so for the sake of your loved ones be very careful, there is no explanation of how the meds should be taken, I was sent down to get my own meds and when I returned to my room the bed was made and the nurse looked at me and said "I thought you left" the tick off things on the discharge page that hasn't happened all to get you out of there hospital, these people are unprofessional and ***********, there negligence is truelly astonishing and could cost you your life. If you looking for proper and quality health care for you and the ones you love then again STAY AWAY FROM THESE *********** People. I sincerely hope this help and everyone heeds this warning because your life and the lives of your loved ones could depend on it, and like with me all sister Moira is going to say is "we sorry, this should not have happened"
