inconsistent service

my 9 month old son was admitted yesterday on the 11th of august, so me as the father would want to be there with my son to assist my wife as well, I was told by the security guard on the ground floor that I am allowed to come and go as I please as I am the father and I am allowed to stay till 10 at night. I was very happy as the first time I came to that hospital with my son I did not have a very good experience, today after visiting hours at 4 the security on duty came to the paediatric ward and said that we can't stay and obviously I questioned it and had a small arguement about it because he said that the security gaurd of the day before was being a little lenient because it was weekend, I then said that this is then being inconsistent as it was still weekend and spoke to the hospital staff and they just threw their hands up and just ignored my inquiry, I will never ever recommend melomed hospital to anyone, be consistent man show empathy towards your patients, I only went there because it was close to home and my wife needs me there to assist her as the sisters/nurses on duty arent always available to assist I am extremely ****ed off !!
