If u have an emergency never go to Melomed Mitchel

I was at Melomed Mitchells plain about 1 hour ago. I slipped and fell fractured the proximal end of the 5th Metatarsal bone. I was I excruciating pain and my foot swollen. I had to wait for about 2hrs before my file was oppened while receptionist named Gregg was busy with his own things. Eventually I was taken to this triage room by a nurse who was so unfriendly who told that they cannot see me because there were no savings in my medical aid. I told him I was in pain and even asked about admission so she said no I must go to state. She said they only admit for open fractures not closed fractures and casualty doctor cannot even speak to me because that would be a consultation. I asked them if the don't even admit for pain control then refer to an orthopaedic surgeon because medical aid also pays for closed fractures so she said no I can book an appointment with an orthopaedic myself. I will never ever take even my dog to that hospital. I am so disappointed and disgusted. I am now at home still in pain.
