Hospital negligence

I'm so disappointed by the treatment I received @ muelmed private hospital, my child was admitted in casualty on the 31/05/22 with a diarrhea and voumite problem what a a terrible experience, my child was not treated fairly by the night duties stuff from doctor to nurses my child was admitted @ 6:40pm no drip no pills to stop the diarrhea no pain medication whatsoever sense of emergency not there total. We waited till the next day so they came to our attention that's where my child started having complications, I started yelling @ them that is when the I started to see some movement but I was not happy I won't advice my people to ever visit that hospital it's horrible to top it off they tell me their phone are not working when I ask them to transfer my child to another hospital. Words can't express how I feel but it's deeper than that image a helpless young soul going through such Wow.
