Gratitude

We are first time parents (which means we nuts) and our child got ill, the er staff were wonderful , we got booked in after an hour but that was okay because every ten minutes someone came to check if we were comfortable. I am very appreciative to all the staff at gatesville. A hospital is a busy place and not anyone can have the grit to work there. All the nurses created her by her name in a friendly tone for her full 3 day stay and even though there was construction a few meters away we had no dust in the passage or floating into the room. My daughter didnt get a kiddies bag which was sad because that was the bribe we used to get her there calmly, but the service and care we recieved more than made up for it. We didnt care that the parent bed was not very comfortable, we were there to get her better not taking a holiday. Bottomline, shes well and we happy, Sincere gratitude to all the ladies and gents in every department , your show of kindness was highly appreciated.
