Go wait in your car...Emergency Unit

Disgusted with the services at your Richard's bay Hospital. Relatives are told to go wait in their cars at 00h35 when accompanying an emergency room patient???? Really shocking.... For a private hospital, where is your waiting room???? In SA is it safe to sit in your car at your hospital??? When asked for the night manager, a team leader was sent to feed me some bull story... No night Manager???
