Gatesville is the worst hospital

My son of 3 years old fell and hit his head on the table it was open and bleeding...trauma person advised that we just have to wait for someone to assist very condescendingly. After the stitches we were told to come back in 2 days...we arrived at 4pm and still waiting until after 6pm to be seen by a Dr just to check the stitches.....the Gatesville branch is the worst I have come across...staff walking around always on their phones...waiting area is full...staff eating behind desk...very unprofessional.
