EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE - FROM 01ST CLASS TO BELOW THURD CLASS SERVICE......

It is now 23h04 Wednesday 02nd October 2019 and shift change happened at 19h00 this evening. I needed a drip change and am still waiting to be seen to. I am lying on 2nd floor with skeleton staff of 4 people - 1 sister in charge who serves as a porter to move patients between floors. 8 patients per ward yet just upstairs on 7th floor 4 x patients per ward. We are all Private patients yet we are still being treated like 2nd class citizens. I have been here in and out for 3 weeks and I cannot be treated like a human being but rather like a sardine in a can - EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED Mrs M.Georges - Patient.
