Exceptional service

I was rushed to Melomed tokai one night due to severe pain. They wheeled me in and got my pain under control very quickly and efficiently. They showed so much sympathy and they where so patient with all my questions. Once pain was under control, i was advised to see one of their specialists. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr Atwaru who took the time to explain everything and answer every question i had to make sure that i understand what was going on. I feel that he did a lot more for me that was required of him as a doctor. I was admitted to Melomed for about 6 days and I experienced the following: Exceptional nursing staff who went out of their way for me. Exceptional general staff in my ward who would always make time for me and made sure i was comfortable. Amazing reassurance of my procedures from the nurses and great patience from them dealing with my anxieties and fears. Super friendly security who went out of there way to help me in and out of the building. Excellent communication between the hospital and my family. It was my first exlerience being admitted into a hospital. I really hope it never happens again but if i did have to go back, i will know that i can trust Melomed tokai with my life.
