Doctor was clueless

So I went to Melomed Bellville I was feeling extremely sick and the nurses where very nice but the doctor that came to see me was extremely unprofessional I told him what was wrong first of all he couldn't answer me he had no clue what he was doing firstly and secondly had to tell him what medication I need and they charged me R1021.00 for doing absolutely nothing and the hospital looks worse than a government hospital what can one do about this as I refuse to pay a bill that a doctor couldn't even help me what a waste of time
