Doctor delay tactic

I visited the ER in a hospital at Melomed in RichardBay Kwazulu-natal on the 10th August 2020 around 19:00 due to covid 19 complications. X-rays and blood tests were done on me and was told that my lungs had infections and was admitted around 01:44 early hours of 11th August 2020.

The doctor on duty came to see me and told me a contradicting results regarding the x-ray, saying my lungs are clear and I could be discharged, whereby I told him that I am still experiencing heavy headaches, and he then recommended that I then do a CT scan to see what could be contributing to my "chronic" headaches.

The CT-Scan was performed on me the same day, 11 August 2020 around 15:00. The other doctor, apparently the surgeon, came to check on me in the evening and I told him about the CT scan I did during the day, and he insinuated that the CT scan may not show the causes of the headaches, and suggested that I do a G-scope tomorrow, 12 August 2020,to check if the meds (grand pas and disprin), I have been taking for the headaches did not cause harm onto my stomach lining.... And still haven't told me the outcome of the CT-scan.

For the whole day of the 12th August, no one attended me till 13:00 in the afternoon and had to ask when am I gonna do the G-scope, to which the Doctor on duty was bit surprised about the question, as if he is not aware that I need to do the G-scope. And just right there, they realise that I am eating, and therefore, I cannot do the G-scope, I'll have to wait for the following day to do the G-scope.... And I was reluctant to continue staying in the hospital as I felt someone could have made me aware that I shouldn't eat as I will be doing the G-scope and that doesn't need any stomach content. The doctor and the nurse left. .... Several minutes later, I received a sick note and prescription from the nurse saying I got discharged and asked how do I get discharged without have been told the outcomes of the CT scan....and I sent a whataspp text to the hospital, whereby a unit nurse manager came to see me and had to explain to her the situation, and the conclusion was there was a miscommunication between the doctors and what will happen is that the surgeon will come check on me.

18:30, a Surgeon came to "check" on me and asked what happened the whole day, and I told him nothing happened the whole day, and he left and talked to the nurses outside, and never came back.

19:30, I ask the new nurse on duty to find out if tomorrow has indeed confirmed for the G-scope. The feedback I got was that the G-scope will no longer be tomorrow but on Friday as the que is full.

So now I will have to be in a hospital for today (12 August 2020 and 13 August 2020 doing nothing.

I then asked if it's possible to be discharged as I don't see the reason of my stay in a hospital where nothing is certain....... Had to sign the "refusal for treatment" at 22:00 at night so I can be out of the misery that I got from this terrible pathetic hospital.

I will never set my foot there ever again.

Have to wait 90monutes for mere water, bed linen not changed for all my days I was there, cleaning never done, had to ask for cleaning to be done
