Disgusting Services - No Compassion or care

My 3 year old daughter was admitted to Melomed gatesville, we had to wait more than 4 hours just to get her admitted or wait for a room to be cleaned (does it take 4 hours to clean???? Then once finally admitted, they needed to draw bloods and the person who did this was not even able to do it properly that she left 3 year old with 3 bruised blue marks which after a week still remains so imagine how sore it must have been. They have absolutely no damn compassion at that hospital.
