Disgusting service

My son was admitted for overnight observation following an allergic reaction to a bee sting. Once in the paediatric ward the level of care or concern for my wife and his welfare was NON existent. Despite asking 3 times for dinner the best answer was “has it not come yet?” Eventually 2 sandwiches were offered with “this is all we have. Is it ok” No drinks offered at all. This is not a place of care. It only wants to milk money from unsuspecting victims. You don’t even have an email address to send complaints to. Typical
