DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son had a skooter bike accident on Saturday 10/02/2024 at about 18:00 rushed to melomed tokia was told by two receptionist and they called a Tania to confirm that they not contracted to my medical aid medshield. My son was bandaged and rushed out. Was told that Constantia mediclinic would be best. I have another complaint lodged with Constantia mediclinic. But after two hours wait with my son's head injury was told no they also not contracted to my med/aid. If it was not for the receptionist Stephen at Constantia mediclinic to call melomed tokia and speak to Shanice who said but we are, there is a note on the desk to say that melomed is contracted to medshield. Is this the way you treat people. Is this how educated your receptionist are with what they need to know. How many more have they turned away.
