I am still shocked at the service you gave to my younger sister Sinesihle Sidlayi mother of Iyana ' you have transfered them to Red cross for a specific procedure to be performed ' when she got there no help she got ' she was told the procedure wasn't necessary as Iyanas Condition was not severe ' it will be treated with antibiotics ' what I would like to know can't the child be treated with antibiotics at a much better clean hospital ' as Iyanas is on a medical aid ' and this option was catered for medical emergencies not for charity purposes to the medical aid fund. The child will contract more infections as it is filthy and coachroaches are crawling everywhere 'at Red cross Dr Makhaye has left them there ' just deserted them ' neglected the child and no follow up done ' I will be escalating this further ' this is totally unacceptable ' unhappy patient
