Disgusted 🤢 I pay so much for medical aid and feels like a government hospital

So annoyed Melomed Bellville my daughter was here last night in the ER paid copayment and everything my daughter which is five years old had bloods done last night and I was told I need to come for a follow up results now I must be told she must wait and go through the same process she did last night waited here for more then 2 hours were she is already miserable because it looks like she has meseals this sucks for a private hospital why let kids wait especially if there were here already makes me sick this will be the last time I come here

This is not feeling like a private hospital at all Why must a child wait to be seen utter ****

If they told me that we have to do the same process like last night I would have been here early
