Disgusted by how the receptionist treated me

Such incompetency at the hospital, they set an appointment for me with doctor ikram but when I arrive I’m told the doctor is not available and I should wait for another doctor who will be back in half an hour, an hour later this rude lady (zulfa) if I’m not mistaken comes with attitude to ask me why am I still there if the doctor is not available, I try to explain that they said I should wait then she tells there are no doctors to see u, u should set another appointment I don’t know for tomorrow or on the 25th, like I honestly don’t need this treatment I just had an operation here in this hospital and it’s a hustle to get out of there out house only to come wait in this cold chairs and given ****py attitude like I’m a nobody, I’m here to ask for free services, I pay this hospital to be treated with respect and given such attitude then she has the nerve to tell me I should stop complaining, so I’m suppose to just jump up and down say yes to everything and get looked down on!!!!
