Disgruntled Melomed customer

To whom it may concern.

I am so ****ed as my wife has rushed my child to Melomed Mitchell's plain this morning 08h30 as he was extremely week and constantly vomited throughout the night.

On their arrival there was not a bed available for him, she was informed by the practitioner on duty that they could not administer treatment as he is not in a Ward as yet. Her question to them was as to why they can't put him on a drop in the interim which they came with the same excuse that "he is not in a Ward yet". Melomed Mitchell's plain trauma section is worse then Mitchell's plain day hospital u will die there before they treat you, sometime in 2018 I had a similar experience whereby my son was admitted but then some clever nurse decided to falsify his medical file saying that treatment was administered when it was clearly not.

I drafted a email raising my concerns to melomed hospital and are yet to receive any feedback.
